Biginell and Associates have extensive knowledge of both the theory and practice of mediation having successfully conducted hundreds of family and workplace mediations. All our mediators are:

Accredited under the new National Mediator Accreditation Standards (NMAS) that became effective on
1 January 2008
Registered mediators in the ACT
Trained in mediation practice and theory to the highest standards with qualifications including Master of Dispute Resolution and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Besides practicing mediation, our mediators are regularly invited to coach students undertaking mediation courses with either the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia or Conflict Resolution Services. With over 20 years in the Human Resource industry, we have a wide variety of skills to pass on to students; particularly in communication, negotiation and dispute resolution.
